I have not been blogging the previous serise so often...

but now I'm back to the work due to request from some fans.

I never blog about it..so the introduction(from wiki) is here:

Kamen Rider W Returns (仮面ライダーＷ（ダブル） RETURNS is a set of two V-Cinema (direct-to-video) releases that serve as spin-offs of characters from the Kamen Rider W television series and films. These films focus on the characters of Ryu Terui (Minehiro Kinomoto) as Kamen Rider Accel and Katsumi Daido (Mitsuru Matsuoka of SOPHIA) as Kamen Rider Eternal. The series' main protagonists Shotaro Hidari (Renn Kiriyama), Philip (Masaki Suda), and Akiko Narumi (Hikaru Yamamoto) also are featured in each film. Koichi Sakamoto directs both films, with Keiichi Hasegawa writing the Accel portion and Riku Sanjo writing the Eternal portion.

The latest here is OP of The V-Cinema. Note that the video is ripped from the rental video which release earlier(8th of April) than the official release date(24th April).

From the trailer, you can see
Jinno san being shot, the police believed that Terui Ryu who did this and put him as the number one suspect.
Besides that, the Commander Dopant shots multiple missiles there.

Kamen Rider Accel (仮面ライダーアクセル, set for release on April 21, 2011 (with rentals out on April 8), is a story set after the events of Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider OOO & W Featuring Skull: Movie War Core. While settling into married life with Akiko, Ryu Terui is brought onto a case involving a woman named Aoi Katsuragi. But framed for murdering a fellow officer, he goes on the run to a furious Akiko's shock under the idea that he is two-timing her. In the process, Ryu learns that Aoi's father is the Commander Dopant (コマンダー・ドーパント), leader of the One Dopant Army (ワン・ドーパント・アーミー), who uses his Kamen Soldiers (仮面兵士, Masked Soldiers) to find the Gaia Memory Enhancement Adapter (ガイアメモリ強化アダプター) to make him stronger. Fighting the Commander Dopant, Accel acquires a new form which is Accel Booster.(the yellow guy after the blue and red)

Aoi grab the Gaia Memory Enhancer Adapter from Commander Dopant and throw it to Terui~

Booster fly there to save her and KO-ed the dopant.
Seems like Accel Booster has the same ability as Cyclone Joker Gold Xtreme because he can also utilizes the wind of Futo that is channeled through the enhancer.
Golden Memory can be only utilized by Sonozaki's family.
But the enhancer helped Terui to get the power.
So I think this is Gold Accel not Yellow Accel.

OK..saw some China Fans in temox.com said that it's gold ..not yellow..lol

But I think Accel's color also traffic light.

Tatoba :Red, Yellow, Green

In Chinese,蓝 is Blue,青 is Green.

so if I treat 青 as Green, then it will be traffic light.

Saat ini Terui Ryu dan Akiko Narumi sudah menikah dan sedang menjadi pengantin baru. Semuanya berjalan lancar sampai Terui Ryu bertemu dengan Aoi Katsuragi. Ryu harus melindungi Aoi yang diincar oleh Dopant, Dopant itu menginginkan sebuah benda yang dicuri Aoi darinya. Dengan bom yang dipasang di tubuh Aoi, Ryu dan Aoi dipaksa untuk mencari benda itu yang telah dipegang oleh bos dari Aoi. Dan yang lebih parah lagi dalam pencariannya, Ryu dituduh bersekongkol dengan penjahat dan menembak temannya sendiri. Dibalik kesalahpahaman itu Ryu terus mencari benda yang diincar oleh Dopant. Masalah menjadi rumit ketika Memori Ryu diambil Aoi, karena itu Ryu harus bertarung tanpa bisa berubah menjadi Kamen Rider Accel. Masalah bertambah parah ketika Akiko salah paham tentang hubungan Ryu dan Aoi. Disaat itulah Akiko mengancam untuk bercerai. Ryu yang tidak sempat menceritakan permasalahannya harus dipaksa untuk memilih menyelamatkan Aoi atau mengejar Akiko yang pergi karena marah. Disinilah semua kebenaran terungkap, kenapa Dopant mengincar para penjahat, kebenaran di hati Terui Ryu. Dan jangan lewatkan karena disini Form baru dari Accel akan keluar.
